Confidentiality
The BionteQ will assure its clients of confidentiality and security in relation to data and material provided by the client and the results of contractual work carried out on behalf of the client.
Publications and Disclosures
BionteQ clients are requested to sign an agreement that they will acknowledge the use of the BionteQ when results of BionteQ assisted research projects are published or publicly disclosed, and that they will provide copies of such publications to BionteQ. The mode and timing of the release of such results into the public domain is at the discretion of the client, within their own operational context and under the normal obligations and constraints, just as if the data had been generated in their own laboratory.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property arising from service conducted by the BionteQ on behalf of clients belongs solely to the client. Intellectual Property arising during the process of carrying out contracted research will belong to the BionteQ.
